• Coordinate union requests while adhering to contractual obligations

• Document and evaluate grievances filed with the organization

• Receive and manage workplace harassment or violence complaints

• Maintain accurate disciplinary documentation

• Verify absence justifications for unionized personnel

Requirements:

• Experience in a unionized environment is crucial

• Educational background in HR, Industrial Relations, or similar

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities effectively
