YOUR IMPACT

No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Information Technology as well as with managers, Finance and Learning partners with the mission of to ensure the management and monitoring of administrative activities related to the employee lifecycle and to ensure data accuracy, compliance with HR processes, and excellence in service provided to employees, managers, and internal partners.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your day to day will look like this:

  • Manage the entire administrative lifecycle of employees, including hiring, contracts, onboarding, status changes, promotions, extensions, and departures.
  • Administer HR files and systems, ensuring data accuracy, documentation compliance, access management, and file archiving.
  • Coordinate the administration of contractual workers, including contracts, renewals, required surveys, timelines, and management in Fieldglass and partner platforms.
  • Provide consulting and operational HR support to employees and managers via HRSD, the HR email box, and routine administrative requests.
  • Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and continuous improvement of HR processes, particularly concerning control requirements, audits, personal information protection, and documentation of procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, People and Culture) to support HR operations, organizational projects, and knowledge sharing.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don't meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we're looking for potential first.
  • Degree in administration, human resources, or related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration, including the management of employment contracts and contractual workers.
  • Experience in a structured and compliance-oriented environment, with knowledge of quality controls, audits, documentation standards, or requirements such as SOC 2.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and administrative tools (HRIS, HRSD, Fieldglass, or equivalents), as well as excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions, maintain data accuracy, and document processes according to established procedures.
