Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maternity, parental, and family caregiver leave requests
• Guide employees through benefits and program information
• Manage documentation securely and within legal standards
• Track leave timelines in HR systems accurately
• Improve operational processes for enhanced member experience
Requirements:
• Educational background in administration or human resources
• Minimum five years in a similar leave management role
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both oral and written
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of Canadian regulations on employment benefits
