Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the recruitment cycle from posting to hiring
• Assist managers with defining candidate profiles
• Monitor and maintain candidate pools
• Facilitate integration of new employees
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Comfortable using HR tools and ATS
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws
• Relevant degree or certification preferred
