This company is looking for an experienced individual to take charge of the structure of HR practices and transform them into simple, documented and reusable processes.
Responsibilities- Participate in the review and optimization of the configuration of the ADP payroll system and structure the processes surrounding it.
- Structure compensation practices, salary scales, progression mechanisms, and tools to ensure consistent application.
- Take charge of different hires and standardize their process: postings, screening, interview guides, references, job postings and candidate communications.
- Implement a structured and repeatable onboarding process: checklists, documentation, onboarding plans, responsibilities and follow-ups with new employees.
- Support management and managers in the day-to-day HR files related to this manufacturing and unionized environment, while ensuring rigorous documentation and consistent application of practices and the collective agreement.
- Structure the different steps and documentation: checklists, letters and templates, exit interviews, access closure, employee files and coordination with payroll.
- Ensure the follow-up and administrative coordination of temporary foreign worker files, in collaboration with external partners.
- Update and formalize policies and procedures so that they are clear, applicable in the field, and in line with the company's obligations.
- Create and organize templates, forms, checklists, guides, sample letters, documented processes and monitoring tools that will allow the organization to maintain good practices after the completion of the mandate.
- Solid experience as a generalist in human resources;
- Experience in a manufacturing and unionized environment;
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and files simultaneously;
- A lot of autonomy, rigor and an excellent sense of priorities;
- An ability to transform informal practices into simple and repeatable processes;
- A pragmatic approach adapted to the reality of an SME;
- Experience with payroll systems, ideally ADP;
- Experience in compensation and salary scale development;
- A good knowledge of the HR obligations applicable to Quebec employers.
- Experience with temporary foreign workers is an asset.

The position is carried out entirely in person, for a schedule of 3, 4 or 5 days a week.
