As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at AAA Canada, you will manage job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding for new employees. With 2 to 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in the aerospace industry, you will actively attract top talent and enhance recruiting processes. Engage with stakeholders and represent the company at recruitment events, ensuring compliance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and standards

• Collaborate on strategic recruitment initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or Business

• 2 to 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience

• Fluency in French and English is essential

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace;
Workday knowledge is a plus
