• Optimize recruiting workflows and processes using data insights

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

• 2+ years of people management in recruiting

• Expertise in SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and more

• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for leadership roles

• Proficient with ATS tools, particularly Ashby
