Join Intact as an HR Analytics Consultant, contributing to reporting and analytics with tools like Workday and Power BI in a hybrid model. Help drive data-driven decision-making and support HR strategies.

In this consultant role, you’ll enhance Workday reporting while delivering meaningful insights through data analysis and visualization. Your experience with HR data will empower HR leaders to make informed choices. You will collaborate closely with the HR community to identify their needs and support them through user training and change management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Workday reporting for organizational strategy

• Automate HR data analysis and create compelling visual reports

• Advise HR leaders and understand their reporting needs

• Define key performance indicators and create insightful dashboards

• Support training and manage change effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in Workday reporting or HR analytics

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
