Join Bankjoy as a Senior HR Manager, where you will execute crucial HR functions in a hands-on, detail-oriented role. Lead HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management in a remote-first environment.
As the primary HR operator at Bankjoy, you'll manage all aspects of onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Your expertise in HR policies and compliance will ensure the organization runs smoothly. This position requires a tactical approach to performance management and a commitment to refining processes that genuinely work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding process across US and Canada
• Manage offboarding from access revocation to payroll
• Maintain accurate employee records in Rippling
• Administer benefits for employees and contractors
• Facilitate HR compliance and policies for the organization
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of hands-on HR experience
• Knowledge of Canada and US employment laws
• Proven track record in performance management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with HR tools like Rippling and Lattice
