Location: Montreal

Reporting to the Vice-President of Culture and Talent, you'll drive the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding. Your strategies will focus on innovative sourcing methods, including Linked In and industry events, while ensuring a consistent selection process involving various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full recruitment cycle from intake to hire
• Recommend effective talent acquisition strategies
• Identify talent through Linked In Recruiter and networking
• Coordinate assessments with managers and experts
• Enhance employer brand with Marketing team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience in IT
• Advanced sourcing techniques knowledge
• Experience with ATS, Lever knowledge is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
