Position: Senior HR Leadership Role at Behavox

Take the lead as Behavox's Senior Manager HR and influence how we manage talent across the globe. Utilize data insights to enhance the employee lifecycle in a tech-driven environment.

As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will steer the operational aspects of HR within Behavox. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of strategies that focus on employee engagement, compliance, and organizational success. Collaborate with various departments to embed HR initiatives into our corporate fabric.

• Facilitate employee relations and conflict management

• Oversee employee benefits and ensure positive experiences

• Leverage HR metrics to drive business decisions

• Implement and enhance HR processes via technology

• Foster relationships and influence across all leadership levels

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in HR management

• Proficient in managing the full employee lifecycle

• High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analytics

• Knowledge of employment laws for compliance

• Strong skills in talent acquisition and retention
