Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee core People processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Document and improve People workflows for easier navigation
• Support performance and compensation program delivery
• Provide recommendations for process improvements
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement
Requirements:
• 5+ years in People Operations or HR roles
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Hands-on employee lifecycle management experience
• Familiarity with Canadian employment practices
• Proficiency in modern HRIS and automation tools
