Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage HR programs, facilitate onboarding processes, and administer the HRIS while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This position requires expertise in HRIS and payroll systems, alongside a deep understanding of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle hiring and onboarding efforts

• Maintain employee records compliant with legal standards

• Support payroll processes and timekeeping accuracy

• Provide benefits education and assist with enrollment

• Conduct HR audits to ensure policy compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in HR roles

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field

• Professional HR certification or ability to obtain it
