Position: National Human Capital Manager at MNP

Drive talent strategies and build operational excellence as the National Human Capital Manager s role centers on International Resourcing and requires expert knowledge of immigration processes.

As the National Human Capital Manager, you will lead the operational execution of international resourcing programs. Your expertise in immigration will support through secondments, relocations, and hiring temporary foreign workers. Collaborating closely with the National Talent Acquisition team is key to achieving continuous improvement and program expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as immigration subject-matter expert for International Resourcing

• Manage full-cycle immigration files with MNP's vendor

• Monitor work-permit expiry and oversee processes

• Communicate immigration file statuses to stakeholders

• Support Regional Human Capital teams on immigration matters

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of immigration support experience

• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration policies

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point

• Fluency in French and English for collaboration
