Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs
• Develop sourcing strategies for diverse candidate pools
• Conduct resume reviews and candidate assessments
• Lead screening interviews via phone and virtually
• Build and maintain future-focused talent pipelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years in talent sourcing or recruitment
• Strong candidate evaluation and screening skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like Linked In Recruiter
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
