This role begins with an extensive training program where you’ll work closely with an Onboarding Coach. Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and excel into the Recruiter position. You will engage with IT consultants, guide them in their career choices, and cultivate lasting relationships while utilizing cutting-edge AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit top IT consultants through the entire recruitment cycle
• Provide career coaching on market trends and interviewing techniques
• Develop sourcing strategies using in-house AI technology
• Leverage insights for data-driven recruitment decisions
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract desired talent
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong ethical standards in a commission-driven environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a team setting
