Lead HR operations at Appcast in Lebanon, N.H. as the People Operations Manager. Oversee critical HR systems, processes, and employee experiences in a vibrant and innovative environment.
In this pivotal role, the People Operations Manager will shape HR operations, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experiences. Your focus will encompass process optimization, system design, and data-driven solutions that advance Appcast's extraordinary culture. Build cross-functional partnerships to support organizational needs and foster an innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure HRIS meets business requirements and supports Appcast’s culture
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of people processes
• Develop and implement policies for HR compliance and strategy
• Oversee employee life-cycle policies and processes
• Enhance onboarding/offboarding with efficient procedures
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience in operations
• Strong HRIS administration knowledge and experience
• Proven ability in process improvement and compliance
• Excellent project management skills
• Familiarity with employment law across North America
