In this permanent role, you will collaborate with the People & Culture team and serve as a trusted advisor to corporate leadership. Your responsibilities will include workforce planning, employee engagement, and managing labor relations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to address business challenges and foster an inclusive corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR advice for corporate groups
• Support leaders in talent management and change management initiatives
• Maintain positive union-management relations in a complex environment
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise for tailored HR solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
• At least five years of HR Business Partner experience
• Bilingualism in English and French required
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred
• Professional HR designation is a plus
