This is a customer-facing, pre-sales role focused on Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR). You will partner with account executives, channel partners, and customers to deliver demonstrations, guide proof-of-value (POV) trials, and position our solutions for MSPs and mid-market organizations.
What You’ll Do Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions (MDR, SIEM, EDR).
Translate customer business drivers and security challenges into tailored solution architectures; lead workshops highlighting technical and business value.
Own and manage end-to-end trial processes: scope, setup, deployment, success criteria, and executive handoff to ensure measurable value during evaluations.
Support and train MSPs, resellers, and OEM partners to deliver effective demos and trials; act as a trusted advisor in partner-led sales cycles.
Provide competitive analysis and market insights to influence product messaging and roadmap direction.
Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and executive briefings to strengthen market awareness and credibility.
What You’ll Bring Experience & Expertise 7-10+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in MDR, SIEM, and EDR.
5+ years in pre-sales engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
Proven success running trials/POVs with measurable outcomes.
Technical Knowledge Familiarity with platforms such as Sentinel One, Crowd Strike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, Elastic, or similar.
Strong understanding of SOC operations, MITRE ATT&CK, detection engineering, and incident response.
Sales Engineering Skills Ability to clearly convey value propositions and product messaging through demos, workshops, and training sessions.
Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and deliver on time.
Soft Skills & Style Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment with autonomy and proactive problem-solving.
Preferred Channel/MSP experience highly desirable.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP.
