Cybersecurity at Intelcom

We have a broad technology footprint, with major investments in cloud platforms, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and operational technology. Our IT team includes more than 120 developers, along with Dev Ops, AI/BI specialists, and infrastructure experts. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are building and expanding our cybersecurity and information security practice, with a clear roadmap and continued investment to accelerate our maturity.
We are seeking a manager eager to shape and guide the continued evolution of our Logistics Technology Cybersecurity Operations function. In this role, you will ensure our people, processes, and tools work together effectively to support a resilient, trusted organization.
The role
Reporting to the CISO, the Senior Manager - Logistics Technology Cybersecurity Operations is responsible for safeguarding Intelcom’s operational technology environments, including software development platforms, operational cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, and remote branch stations with IT and OT/IoT assets. This role ensures that cyber defense, monitoring, and incident response are effective across all operational domains, while embedding security practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycles.
As a senior leader, this role partners closely with development, infrastructure, Dev Ops, and OT/IoT support teams to strengthen operational resilience, drive proactive threat detection, and lead rapid response to incidents. The Senior Manager also plays a key role in maturing security capabilities across cloud, applications, and logistics operations, enabling Intelcom to scale securely as it expands globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers focused on operational security.
Set objectives, manage performance, and support career growth within the team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Cloud & Platform Security
Own the security of Intelcom’s operational cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes), ensuring workloads, applications, and infrastructure are designed and maintained securely.
Oversee vulnerability management, configuration hardening, and automated compliance for cloud-native and containerized platforms.
Security Operations & Incident Response
Lead the operational cybersecurity team responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents in logistics technology environments.
Develop and maintain incident response playbooks for cloud, application, and OT/IoT scenarios.
Ensure timely investigation, containment, and remediation of threats, with clear reporting to the CISO.
Threat Detection & Monitoring
Oversee security monitoring across operational systems, applications, and networks, leveraging SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR platforms.
Drive proactive threat hunting and continuous improvement of detection rules and capabilities.
Dev Sec Ops & Application Security
Partner with software development and Dev Ops teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and operational deployments.
Oversee code scanning, container security, and deployment hardening practices.
Provide guidance on secure design and architecture for operational applications.
OT/IoT & Station Security
Ensure security controls are implemented and monitored across remote branch stations, including OT/IoT assets and supporting IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with operations teams to mitigate risks in logistics technology environments.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with infrastructure, Dev Ops, and business operations to align security with delivery and operational requirements.
Provide security expertise to project teams, ensuring operational initiatives meet security standards.
KPI Management & Reporting
Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational security.
Provide regular reporting on the overall operational security posture to the CISO and senior IT leadership, with clear recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on security operations, cloud, or OT/IoT security.
Strong expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Familiarity with secure development and Dev Sec Ops practices (CI/CD, code scanning, container hardening).
Experience leading incident detection and response across complex operational environments.
Knowledge of OT/IoT security principles and securing distributed/remote sites.
