Your role as Senior Demand Generation Specialist:
We’re hiring a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of our paid digital demand programs, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. This role is focused on delivering high-performing ad campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels, with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. In addition to owning paid campaigns end to end, this role requires a strong core understanding of website fundamentals and hands-on management of web execution through agency and freelance partners.
You’ll ensure landing pages, forms, and tracking are reliable, optimized, and delivered on time to support demand generation goals. What You’ll be Going:
Paid Media Execution & Optimization (Core Focus) Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid demand generation campaigns across Linked In Ads and Google Ads. Manage campaign setup including ad copy, creative testing, audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing. Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, and downstream performance signals. Continuously test and refresh creatives, messaging, audiences, and formats to improve performance.
Manage and monitor monthly budgets to ensure efficient spend and alignment with business goals. Stay informed on paid media best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends. Marketing Technology & Platforms Execute and optimize campaigns in Linked In Campaign Manager and Google Ads, including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, extensions, geo-targeting, and negative keywords. Own end-to-end execution of programmatic (Demandbase) and third-party promotion initiatives (e.g., content syndication), including campaign setup, optimization, vendor coordination, and performance evaluation.
Demonstrate familiarity with Meta ad platforms (Facebook / Instagram). Work confidently with Google Tag Manager to support campaign tracking, event configuration, and troubleshooting in partnership with Marketing Ops. Website & Digital Experience Ownership Bring a strong working understanding of website fundamentals, including landing pages, forms, tracking, page performance, and conversion best practices. (already in Must-haves and about the role) Own demand-gen-related website execution.
Manage and coordinate web partners (agencies and freelancers), including prioritizing requests, reviewing work, and ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timelines. Act as the primary marketing owner for web bugs and issues, working with partners and internal teams to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve problems efficiently. Ensure website changes support campaign performance, conversion rate optimization, and accurate tracking. Own end-to-end validation of tracking, form submissions, and lead flow from web properties, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure data accuracy.
