Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Technology team, which includes Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, managing the analysis and interpretation of complex data, and leading the design, development, and deployment of software applications and systems. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop technical solutions, lead CI/CD and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ressource Management
Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers to design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions and software applicationsManage a team of 15-20 Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and DevelopersProvide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team membersConduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team membersService / Support
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical solutionsCollaborate with other departments, such as IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective use of technologyEnsure that data analysis and interpretation meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budgetProvide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholdersPerformances monitoring
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plansDevelop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of business intelligence and technology solutionsOversee the development and maintenance of business applications, reports, and other business intelligence systemsContinuous Improvement/regulations
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve business intelligence and technology capabilitiesEnsuring data and cybersecurity compliance by overseeing various security measures and governanceSupport and implement roadmaps to support business needsAct as a change agent for the teamRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on business intelligence, technology, and team managementStrong technical skills, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and technical architecture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projectsExperience with agile development methodologies, version control systems, and data analysis tools and technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutionsBe recognized for his can-do attitudeService /customer orientedAssets:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldCertification in business intelligence, data analysis, or software development, such as Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft AzureExperience with IT service management (Jira Confluence)Certifications in AI or related fieldsComments/Special Considerations:
Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
