  • Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day handling of incidents, escalations, and problem and change management. Application server administration. Technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents. Server and application deployments and task automation. Availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.

     Experience in supporting desktop applications. Knowledge and experience in storage systems (SAN, NAS). Experience working with relational databases (Sybase, DB, MSSQL..). Dev Ops knowledge. Agile knowledge. Python, Bash, Perl, Powershell scripting. Cloud database knowledge:
    Snowflake, AZURE SQL.
