Position Overview
We are seeking aPrincipal Product Manager to join our Media & Entertainment team,focusingonnext-generation AI solutions for Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), ourstate-of-the-artAI-powered VFX platform.

Senior Director of the Flow Studio Team.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge customer needs and engineering requirements, champion transformative features, and drive the future of productivity and creativity in media production.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Studio and review capabilities
Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements while managing risks and dependencies
Act as the customer-facing leader, engaging regularly with customers and partners to inform and validate product strategy, ensuring their needs drive product direction
Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Developers, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration of review and content creation capabilities across all tools
Conduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development and maximize impact
Track global trends in content production and technology, maintaining competitive knowledge and guiding innovation
Cultivate a developer community strategy, fostering engagement and feedback from production artists and developers
Translate customer needs and technical challenges into actionable story maps and solutions, guiding development priorities
Evaluate technology delivered by development for technical completion, performance, quality, and compliance
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years in product management or development, with significant exposure to media & entertainment (feature film, animation, or game development frameworks and methodologies)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in machine learning, with strong expertise in computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AI
Proficiency with Autodesk Production Management tools, Flow Studio and competitive AI solutions and workflows used in VFX, Animation, or Game pipelines
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver integrated solutions
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, make difficult trade-offs, and prioritize effectively
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both executive stakeholders and external customers
Adept at breaking down complex ideas into concise, impactful insights for diverse audiences
Track record of delivering ML models into production environments, ideally in media, entertainment, or creative tech
Commitment to ethical AI development and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects in a large organization and working in Agile/SCRUM environments
Experience with web development on industry-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with statistical analytics platforms and concepts
Familiarity with 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya) is a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
