The Business Analyst / Support community is at the heart of our company's strategy.
The position is located within our Capital Markets IT department at the BANK. The Capital Markets IT (CMI) department manages the global information system across the entire value chain of Capital Market businesses. The CMI teams are primarily located in Paris, London, New York, Montreal, Hong Kong, India, and Singapore.
We are seeking a hands-on Support profile for Rate activities in the Capital Market to contribute to various business projects within the Linear stream, particularly in Pre-Trade activities.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will contribute to the evolution, support, and implementation of Front-Office global solutions providing market access to meet the needs of the USD desks for interest rate swaps.
You will join a multi-skilled Agile team (Project Management, Development, QA, Support) in charge of the complete information system lifecycle and will work in close collaboration with the BANK IT and business teams based in different regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support and assistance to Traders in New York on USD and CCY interest rate swap desks.
- Analyze incidents and user requests, document and support newly delivered components and developments.
- Configure new products in internal systems (Jetstream IRD / ION).
- Configure and maintain yield curves and other financial instruments.
- Follow up on business specifications, testing and production monitoring.
- Draft functional documentation (business requirements, story maps, etc.).
- Automate and industrialize repetitive support tasks.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of production environments.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Front, Middle, Back and Risk teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requests and keep them informed on progress, risks and issues.
- Contribute to the performance optimization and continuous improvement of the application landscape.
- Be proactive and contribute to innovation and process improvement within the field.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Market Finance, or in IT with strong knowledge of capital markets and Fixed Income products.
- 5–7 years of experience, including experience in trading room support.
- Experience supporting Front Office applications for e-trading or linear products.
- Solid knowledge of Capital Markets Rate activities, particularly swap booking processes.
- Knowledge of electronic markets, trading workflows and RFQ processes.
- Proven experience working within an Agile environment.
- Strong team player, with excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced and international environment.
- While primarily a Support Analyst role, the candidate should be comfortable leading or contributing as a Business Analyst for small projects when required.

English is Mandatory, French is an asset.
