Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills :
Apache/ToClientat, Weblogic, FTP , PGP Encryption, Proxy Server

• Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols including HTTP & DNS

• Unix/Linux System Experience mainly in Installation/Managing/Configuration/Decomission/Maintaining Software and Hardware Infrastructure

• Deep Understanding of Load Balancers & Apache ToClientat Application servers

• Administrative Competency will be added advantage in one of the programming language - Python / Perl / Powershell /C

• Strong Analytical skill and able to manage pressure in Outage situations/ Engineering call / Customer Call

• Diagnose & troubleshoot deployment issues in all platforms including Web and Network applications

• Should be able to identify and rectify issues in VPN - SSL, IPSec, Routing, Access Policies, NAT

• Good Communication Skill

Experience

Required:


+ years of experience as a Web Ops Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in supporting Web hosting platforms/ FTP and Encryption protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supporting number of devices and application flows in an Enterprise environment which is providing cloud experiences to End users

• Using sophisticated Network tooling to address network connectivity issues , fault analysis, failure avoidance, diagnosis and resolution of other functionalities impacting issues in distributed environment systems.

• Working in In House application management systems designed to simplify the deployment & management of application delivery components

• Process Improvement, Automation, Scripting
