Location: Montreal

The Customer Analytics team is looking for a curious and proactive Business Intelligence Analyst (BI Analyst) with a passion for connecting data to meaningful outcomes.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the optimal customer experience by building the data foundation, measurement framework and self-serve analytics ecosystem that enable visibility, accountability and continuous improvement across the organization. Ultimately, you will play a key role in shaping a data-driven customer experience strategy and establishing a self-service model that enables customer-focused decision-making.
You will have the chance to work with a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering the best consumer experience by connecting data across channels and touchpoints, measuring the impact of our initiatives, and surfacing opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to connect the dots between data and execution, and excellent analytical skills.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Build the CX data backbone & self-serve practice
Collaborate with the Customer Data Strategy team to ensure data integrity, accessibility and scalability

Partner with CX leadership to define KPIs and measurement frameworks

Collaborate with data scientists to define the business logic behind predictive models

Build and maintain customer-centric dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility across the customer journey and incite engagement and action across the organization

Build the self-serve performance culture across the CX organization by training internal stakeholders and driving data literacy

Contribute to the development of BRP’s CX strategy
Feed strategic discussions by translating complex data into clear and compelling narratives

Track and analyze key performance indicators (NPS, CSAT, churn, CLV)

Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, retention and overall experience

Evaluate the impact of customer experience initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance performance

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role;

Strong analytical mindset with experience in data exploration, visualization, and storytelling;

Expertise with SQL database environments and its language;

Knowledge of data science and programming language (Python, R) is an asset;

Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data manipulation and reporting;

A balance of strategic thinking and technical rigor;

A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement;

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, sometimes unilingual English-speaking.
