VIE duration: 24 months

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in IT and operational support in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and diverse teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and business value through effective IS&T solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (regional IS&T partners, SPOCs, solution architects, project teams, and local management), coordinate local end-user support, and manage local infrastructure projects, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of consolidating user feedback and requirements, managing local support services, and ensuring alignment with regional and global IS&T strategies, but also contribute to local budget management and audit activities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating local end-user support and managing on-site support teams.

  • Monitoring and escalating major local issues and ensuring resolution.

  • Managing local IT assets and ensuring compliance with ICQ requirements.

  • Supporting local infrastructure projects from initiation to execution.

  • Acting as the key local contact for IS&T operational matters and promoting global services and solutions.

  • Managing relationships with local support service partners and ensuring performance alignment with business needs.

  • Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in end-user support and operational support.

  • Experience in project management or coordinating multiple stakeholders.
