Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing document management workflows

• Configure SharePoint libraries and metadata

• Support document migrations to One Drive

• Assist in data catalog updates and policy awareness

• Document all implemented configurations and procedures

Requirements:

• Student in Information Management or a related discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Strong communication in both French and English
