IT Intern

Position: IT Intern Support Role
Location: Blainville

Transform your skills at the IT intern position while supporting Technicians at our organization. This hands-on role focuses on monitoring systems, maintaining workstations, and implementing IT processes.

Under the direction of the IT Director, the intern will assist IT Technicians daily. Key activities include installing and updating workstations, as well as completing tracking tasks. You will grow professionally by collaborating with multiple departments and staying updated on the latest IT developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and update workstations with precision

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems

• Participate in implementing policies and procedures

• Complete various tracking files as needed

• Collaborate closely with internal departments

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in computer science

• Required internship for Bachelor's degree or DCS in IT

• Experience in IT support is a plus

• Mastery of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server

• Proficient in written and oral French and English
