Nous recrutons un Technicien Informatique pour un poste à temps plein chez Lantic Inc. Key Responsibilities:

• Suivre les incidents et demandes des utilisateurs

• Installer et mettre à jour logiciels et progiciels

• Participer au maintien du parc informatique

• Réaménager le matériel informatique si nécessaire

• Rédiger et corriger les procédures d’installation

Requirements:

• Diplôme en informatique ou domaine connexe

• Trois ans d'expérience en soutien aux utilisateurs

• Connaissance d'Active Directory

• Compétences en Windows 11 et MS Office 365

• Bilinguisme en anglais et français
