In this senior position, you will ensure the operational success of client accounts by managing delivery activities and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your experience in the technology or Fin Tech sectors will be crucial as you monitor project progress and coordinate communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders
• Build trustful relationships with proactive communication
• Coordinate delivery deadlines and track dependencies
• Document decisions and maintain performance metrics
• Facilitate governance committee meetings and action plans
Requirements:
• 7 to 12 years in delivery or account management
• Proficiency in French is mandatory
• Experience in technology or professional services environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bilingual in French and English
