Payments Canada is seeking a collaborative Service Management Analyst to join the ITSM Practices Team in Toronto. This role focuses on executing ITIL functions, technical support, and customer services, directly impacting the efficiency of payment systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement in the payment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute ITIL/ITSM management functions with precision
• Provide technical support for financial systems
• Assist in project management including scheduling and planning
• Build client relationships and meet their support needs
• Maintain communication with external clients and vendors
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• 3 years in Operations Support, Service Management, or Service Desk

• Availability for on-call rotations and overtime
