Internship in Information Management

Position: Internship in Information Management at Bombardier
Location: Dorval

Join Bombardier's innovation team as an Information Management Intern. Enhance document management and governance practices while working flexibly in a hybrid model.

This internship lasts 8 months and focuses on optimizing document workflows within Microsoft 365. You will analyze workflows, assist in structuring SharePoint libraries, and support document migrations. Additionally, you will contribute to governance activities, including updating data catalogs and aiding in policy formation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze document workflows to streamline processes

• Structure metadata and content types in Share Point

• Assist with document classification and migration

• Configure SharePoint and automate tasks with Power Automate

• Participate in data governance by identifying sensitive information

Requirements:

• Current student in Information Management or similar field

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, especially Share Point

• Basic understanding of information governance needed

• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate is an asset

• Strong communication skills in both French and English
