AVI-SPL seeks a diligent Technical Support Representative to intake and manage service requests efficiently. You will monitor cases, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure all service levels are met.
Your role involves troubleshooting technical issues and providing proactive support in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and prioritize customer requests for timely solutions
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and teams
• Manage vendor coordination for hardware repairs
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to learn and utilize provided resources
