In this pivotal role at Philips, you will provide application training and sales support for Mobile Surgery products. Leveraging your clinical expertise, you will travel extensively to customer sites, customizing training based on clinical needs and ensuring optimal system configuration. Your impact will be vital, fostering effective relationships with clinical users while troubleshooting and responding to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to customer sites for equipment training
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
• Evaluate training strategies and user competence
• Assist in pre-sales support and product demonstrations
• Manage personal training and maintain product knowledge
Requirements:
• 5+ years clinical experience or field applications experience
• Registered MRT with CAMRT or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of adult teaching and training techniques
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Bilingual in English and French
