Ciena Supply Chain Process Manager

In this role, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation, you will bridge strategy and operations. Your primary focus will be to translate strategic objectives into actionable process designs. Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and architecture teams to ensure successful implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve end-to-end Supply Chain process architecture

• Translate strategic objectives into executable process designs

• Define business rules and decision logic for orchestration

• Lead business process design on platforms like Pega

• Monitor process performance metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years in process management or digital enablement

• Hands-on experience with BPM platforms, preferably Pega

• Strong skills in end-to-end process design

• Ability to articulate workflows and business rules

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
