Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Information Management Analyst (2–4 years) to support marketing delivery using SQL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Join a high-performing marketing delivery team within a leading Canadian banking and insurance organization. This contract role focuses on designing, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing campaigns leveraging SQL, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud environments. Supporting cross-sell initiatives within the insurance and banking portfolios, you will play a key role in campaign execution and data activation. This engagement offers visibility within a collaborative marketing department focused on precision and measurable results.

Contract, Montreal, Hybrid, 2 days a week – could change to 4 days in office eventually

Must Haves

  • 3+ years with SQL including complex code development and data management
  • 2+ years with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud automation and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in data activation and CDC marketing environments
  • Degree or diploma in a related post-secondary field
  • Nice to Have

  • 1+ year of Python experience
  • Salesforce certification (Administrator, Developer, or Email Specialist)
  • Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and measure direct-to-consumer marketing experiments
  • Develop segmentation and targeting logic using SQL and Marketing Cloud data tools
  • Build and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across journey, email, and automation modules
  • Configure and manage audience entry, exit, and trigger criteria based on campaign objectives
  • Conduct QA testing to ensure accuracy and rendering quality across devices
  • Collaborate with integrated marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys
  • Produce performance reports translating campaign data into actionable insights
