Position: ERP and Business Intelligence Manager – Business Central

Salary: $80-100k depending on experience

Position type: permanent contract

Our client is a company specializing in packaging manufacturing. They are seeking a new ERP & Business Intelligence Manager for Business Central to support the evolution of their technology infrastructure and help optimize their business processes.

Your role:

  • Provide functional support and guidance to users in various departments regarding the use of technological tools.
  • Help optimize processes related to production, procurement, inventory management, and operations planning.
  • Make adjustments and customizations to the ERP system to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain features, forms, reports, and interfaces to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and refine dashboards and performance metrics for management teams.
  • Collaborate on integration projects between the ERP and various enterprise systems.
  • Produce functional and technical documentation related to developments and existing processes.
  • Maintain a presence on the ground to fully understand operational needs and support users.

    • Skills and qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with manufacturing ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and optimization of solutions
  • Experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data structuring
  • Ability to define performance metrics and structure data models
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Self-reliance, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual in French and English
