As part of the Clinical Technology team, you'll manage Electronic Medical Records, focusing primarily on Zenoti. Your expertise will drive clinic onboarding, data migrations, and continuous optimization of our systems. Collaborating closely with IT Support and Operations, you will resolve EMR-related issues while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Zenoti EMR across all clinics
• Lead EMR migrations from legacy systems to Zenoti
• Develop and deliver user training on EMR protocols
• Create and manage digital intake forms and clinical templates
• Identify workflow improvements and ensure HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in software administration or implementation
• Experience with Zenoti or similar EMR systems
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity focus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in multi-location organizations preferred
