Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust, scalable architectures for AI and machine learning solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Developers) to ensure delivery of optimized and high-performing solutions.
  • Lead the selection and integration of AI platforms, frameworks, and tools (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Ensure governance and lifecycle management of AI models using MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Sage Maker.
  • Deploy AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) leveraging services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS Sage Maker, or Google AI Platform.
  • Develop strategies for big data processing, model training, and integration with enterprise pipelines.
  • Ensure security, ethics, and compliance of AI systems, in alignment with regulations (GDPR, Responsible AI).
  • Conduct technology feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate AI solution adoption.
  • Actively contribute to technology watch and integrate the latest AI advances into client projects.
  • Train and mentor internal teams as well as clients on AI development best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in developing technology solutions, including at least 3 years in AI solution architecture.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, and either Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras) and Python libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, Num Py).
  • Experience implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating with services such as Data Lake, Big Query, or Azure Synapse.
  • Skills in designing data pipelines and automation using tools like Airflow or Step Functions.
  • Deep understanding of responsible AI models and ethical considerations in solution deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (French and English), with strong presentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
Nice to have
  • Cloud certifications (AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer).
  • Experience with distributed architectures and high-performance frameworks (Spark, Dask, etc.).
  • Proficiency in advanced visualization and data storytelling tools (Tableau, Power BI, Dash).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies for AI project delivery.
