As part of Hays' dedicated team, you will focus on managing the organization’s Zoom platform while providing technical support for IT issues. Your responsibilities range from administration to user training, making you a key player in the effort to modernize communication methods. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the IT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Zoom and unified communications platforms
• Provide Helpdesk support for hardware and software
to users
• Oversee user access, permissions, and security
• Train staff on collaboration technologies
• Troubleshoot technical issues during meetings/events
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in Zoom administration
• 3–5 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra other productivity tools
• Problem-solving skills in hardware/software scenarios
• Strong communication skills for user support
