Elevate your career with Groupe Dynamite Inc. as a Performance Marketing Analyst. Drive data-driven marketing decisions and optimize performance across digital channels in Montreal.
In this senior role, you will report to the Manager, E-commerce Analytics and Experimentation. Focused on tracking and measurement, your expertise will support paid search, social, and affiliate channels. Collaborate closely with teams across the GARAGE and DYNAMITE brands to develop advanced analytics tools that foster smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and enhance paid media performance for customer acquisition
• Lead conversion attribution across traffic channels
• Own the measurement architecture for web and app
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Develop multi-touch attribution for various marketing channels
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
• 5 to 7 years of performance marketing analytics experience
• Strong skills in causal inference and experimental design
• Proficient in SQL, Big Query, and Python or R
• Knowledge of GA4 and digital platforms
