Tasks include:

Provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform

Lead solution design, build scalable and secure apps and automations, support production operations, and help mature the organization’s governance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) capabilities

Build solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud flows and approvals), Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio (including Copilot agents)

Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver modern, well-governed outcomes

Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise‑grade Power Platform solutions, with a primary focus on Canvas Apps, complemented by Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse customization, and Power Pages where appropriate

Develop robust automation and analytics using Power Automate (cloud & desktop/RPA), Power BI, and Dataverse, including exception handling, resiliency, and operational readiness

Design scalable, secure integrations across Microsoft , Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics , Azure services, APIs, SQL, and third‑party systems

Apply governance, security, and ALM best practices, including DLP, role‑based access control, environment strategy, solution packaging, CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform Pipelines

Provide senior technical leadership and troubleshooting, supporting production incidents, performing root cause analysis, reducing technical debt, and improving platform reliability

Leverage advanced extensibility and pro‑dev techniques as needed (plugins, client/server‑side scripting, Azure Functions, APIs, data migration, and Dev Ops tooling)

Collaborate, mentor, and enable developers and citizen makers, contributing to standards, reusable patterns, documentation, and broader Power Platform adoption

Must have:

Reliability level security clearance

Several years of hands-on experience delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise or highly governed environment
, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse (data modeling, security roles, business rules, automation patterns), Power Pages, Power BI, governance/security (including DLP, access controls, environment strategy), and ALM/CI/CD (solutions, environment promotion, pipelines, source control)

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop
, including attended/unattended execution concepts, machine groups or dedicated bot execution patterns, and operational support considerations

Experience enabling makers/citizen developers (e.g., pairing/co-building, coaching, standards/templates) to increase safe adoption while maintaining governance

Experience integrating with Microsoft ecosystem services such as SharePoint/Microsoft , Azure Dev Ops tooling, Azure services, and APIs as well as with solution configuration and deployment across multiple environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)

Technical

Skills:

Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, capabilities, and constraints including Dataverse design skills (schema, relationships, performance-aware patterns, security).

Strong Power Automate skills (expressions, connector strategy, error handling, operational resiliency) and practical experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA), including desktop flow design, troubleshooting, and deployment considerations.

Practical experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, JSON, REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration patterns.

Source control and Dev Ops practices (Git Hub/Azure Dev Ops).

Azure services used in enterprise solution patterns (e.g., Functions, Key Vault, APIM).

Practical experience building copilots using Copilot Studio (agents, actions, generative answers, integrations)

Power Platform certification (developer or architect path)
