- Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on client questions, problems, or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software, installed and maintained by the company.
- Participate in telephone support rotation providing support to users in offices across the US via remote assistance tools.
- Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Inform management of potential problems and identify problem trends.
- Create and maintain computer images.
- Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and hard drives.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Provide video conference administration and support.
- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit, in‑person university or college.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate IT or Service Desk role.
- Experience implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level.
- Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations, Macs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, remote tools and Windows File Permissions.
- Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- O365 Administration experience.
- Experience supporting laptop/mobile devices such as Dell/Surface Books, Macs, iPads, iPhones, etc.

- Base salary range of CAD 65,000 – CAD 90,000 based on relevant skills and experience.

Position is located in Montréal, Canada and offers a schedule of 5 days in office.
Travel Required:
1x per month to Toronto, Canada.
