Specialist in IAM at CMHC

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure integrity of IAM records for audits

• Drive continuous improvement of IAM controls

• Validate deprovisioning in compliance with policies

• Challenge access appropriateness during reviews

• Monitor for policy deviations and compliance gaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Relevant IAM certification required or in progress

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret IAM policies accurately
