Harris is looking for a Technical Writer to enhance our client communication strategies. You'll be responsible for building effective training materials, editing developer content, and delivering engaging presentations on IPMS products. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly will be vital to our customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative client aids, including videos and demos

• Edit developer content for clarity and publication

• Prepare training materials and classroom agendas

• Conduct end-user training sessions

• Act as editor for consistent instructional documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Technical Communication or similar discipline

• Strong writing and teamwork abilities

• Experience with Author-It and CMS software

• Bilingual in French and English with strong writing skills

• Eligibility for Controlled Goods Program registration
