Step into a Project Administrator role supporting government IT projects. This position requires expertise in Microsoft Project and Visio, crucial for planning and compliance-driven documentation.
We are looking for a highly organized Project Administrator for a 6-month contract with extension potential.
The right candidate will have extensive experience in managing government projects and will be adept at using Microsoft Project for scheduling and reporting. Strong skills in Microsoft Visio will aid in documentation and stakeholder communication within project governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and update project schedules in Microsoft Project
• Create process maps and diagrams using Microsoft Visio
• Support governance activities and status reporting for projects
• Track milestones, risks, and issues based on government standards
• Maintain and manage project documentation as per compliance policies
Requirements:
• Experience with government or public sector projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio
• Familiarity with PMO governance frameworks
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume projects
