CMMS Project Manager – Dorval, Quebec
Employment Type:
DIRECT PLACEMENT. Salary Range: 87k–103k.
Location:
Dorval Global Completion Center, Minimum 2 days in office (Hybrid). Language:
Bilingual (French/English), English intermediate accepted. Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident of Canada.

Experience managing digital projects. Could be programming projects or digital tools. Layouts, KPIs, etc. 5 years experience in project management. Understanding of maintenance activities. Understanding customer needs. Problem‑solving, quick learner. Programming experience an asset. Familiarity with Maximo, programming, systems, machines, AI, automation.
- Plan, structure, and coordinate digital transformation projects and operational process improvements.
- Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured, and aligned action plans.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, operational teams, and internal partners.
- Lead workshops, prepare materials, and facilitate followup meetings.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to documentation efforts, standardization, and project governance improvements.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts and in the adoption of new technologies, including automation and artificial intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in digital transformation or process optimization.
- Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and complex project structuring skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional).
- Proficiency with project tracking tools, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
