Drive technology risk excellence at Questbank as a Lead Technology Risk Manager. This role emphasizes managing cyber risks, ensuring compliance, and leveraging AI technologies.

As the Senior Manager of Technology Risk, you will report to the Director of Operational Risk Management.

Your role is vital in designing and sustaining Questbank's risk management framework while providing oversight on technology and cyber risks. You will also be responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, interacting with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 2

LOD oversight of technology and cyber risks

• Review compliance with OSFI and other regulations

• Develop risk appetite statements and monitor thresholds

• Engage in new product risks and frameworks

• Produce regular risk reporting for leadership

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years in technology risk management

• Degree in Information Systems or related field

• Risk certifications such as CRISC or CISA preferred

• Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks

• Experience in financial services industry
